BBL Season 13 Schedule Highlight’s
- 2023 Big Bash League scheduled has been announced by Cricket Australia and BBL 2022 start date is 07th December, 2023 when Brisbane Heat will take on Melbourne Stars in BBL opening match at Brisbane.
- KFC is the sponsor of the BBL since its inception and this will be the 13th edition of Big Bash League. Cricket in Australia is always action packed.
- Exciting and thrilling cricket matches can be expected as BBL 2023 will have 43 matches.
- As per released time table of BBL 2023 there are 40 match days which will cover the 43 fixtures in BBL 2023 including league matches as well as qualifiers and finals.
- BBL 13 season will end on 24th January, 2024 with the final.
Big Bash League Format
This year Big Bash event will be played with different format comparing to previous editions. To minimize the number of matches each team will play 10 , with each team facing 4 opponents once and the remaining 3 twice. Last year each team played 14 games in group stage.
Knockout stage will remain same as top 4 teams will qualify for knockout. Qualifier, KnocKout and Challenger will decide the finalist.
