Founded as the Colombo Kings, the Colombo Strikers are one of the 5 franchises that participates in the LPL T20 Competition of Sri Lanka. Colombo Strikers are the runners up of LPL 2022. They have been a good team, but they are yet to win the LPL title. They still need to get the job done when LPL 2023 starts.

Colombo Strikers Squad 2023
Colombo Strikers made plenty of changes to their squad since last year. This includes the addition of multiple Pakistani Players, including the two biggest stars from Pakistan, Babar Azam and Naseem Shah. They also made a captaincy change this year by making Niroshan Dickwella the captain.
A notable omission from the squad was Angelo Mathews. Despite leading them to the final in LPL 2022, Mathews is no longer a part of the Colombo Strikers.
