Representing Barbados in CPL, The Barbados Royals is a 2-time CPL champion franchise. They were formerly known as Barbados Tridents. They are the runners-up of the last edition of CPL (CPL 2022). The Royals lost last year’s final to Jamaica Tallawahs and they will hope to get the unfinished job done this time.
Barbados Royals Squad CPL 2024
The Royals have made plenty of changes to their CPL 2023 squad as compared to last year. The first major change is of captaincy. Last year, David Miller led them but this time, West Indies’ T20I captain, Rovman Powell will lead the Royals.
Moreover, Azam Khan and Quinton de Kock were part of the Royals last year, but this time they both are also not available. Maheesh Theekshana and Qais Ahmed are added to the Royals Squad to further strengthen the bowling.
