The inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League, organized by the BCCI will begin from 4th March 2023. 5 teams considering of start studded players will take part in the league. Complete details of Mumbai Indians Women squad for 2023 are discussed below.

Mumbai Indians Women Captain 2023

The experienced Indian All-Rounder, Harmanpeet Kaur will be the captain of Mumbai Indians Women in the inaugural edition of WPL 2023.

Mumbai Indians Women Batters

The batting lineup of the Mumbai Indians in WPL is well balanced. They have the likes of Hayley Matthews and Yastika Bhatia who are proven good batters. Bhatia in her young career has scored 142 runs in 14 WT20I matches. Matthews is a vastly experienced T20I batter with over 1500 runs to her in T20I cricket. Amanjot Kaur is another promising star in this lineup. In 2 WT20I matches of her career, she has scored 41 runs at a strike rate of 136. Dhara Gujjar and Priyanka Bala are the other batters in this lineup.

Mumbai Indians All-Rounders WPL 2023

The AR pool of Mumbai Indians is quite star studded for the Women’s Premier League. Chloe Tryon, Nat-Sciver Brunt, Amelia Kerr and Heather Graham are the foreign all-rounders of the side. Brunt and Tryon are vastly experienced with over 1000 T20I runs to their name. Brunt also has 79 wickets to her name, while Tryon has 26 wickets.

Amelia Kerr also has great potential as she averages 23 with the bat and has also taken 58 wickets in her 59 match T20I career. Heather Graham is also a good potential bowling all-rounder.
