One of the best lady in women cricket and most successful captain Australia’s Meg Lanning will lead the DCW squad in WPL 2023.

Delhi Capitals Batters in WPL 2023

Shining stars of Delhi Capital  Women Squad are Alice Capsey, Laura Harris and Meg Lanning are some foreign stars in the batting lineup. Meg Lanning has over 3000 runs in her T20 career, averaging 36. At an average of 25, Laura Harris is another talented batter in the side, she has 2 half centuries to her name in her young career. Laura Harris is also a good top order batter who has scored heavily in the Women’s Super-Smash recently.

Jasia Akhtar, Aparna Mondal, Jemimah Rodrigues and Shafali Verma are more batting options in this side. Jasia has scored heavily in the senior women’s challenger cup. Jemimah Rodrigues has plenty of experience scoring over 1700 runs in T20Is with 10 half centuries.

Shafali Verma also has over 1000 T20I runs to her name and her highlight is her strike rate of 132. Aparna Mondal is also a potential talent and WK batter Taniya Bhatia is also a batting option in this squad.
