Pakistan tour of South Africa 2021 schedule consists of ODI and T20I matches. In current situation created by COVID-19 South Africa Cricket board thanked Pakistan for this tour as this tour will help Cricket South Africa to meet their financial requirements.
Pakistan vs South Africa 2021 ODI Schedule
Pakistan will start its tour by playing ODI’s first. 1st of the 3 match ODI series will take place on 2nd April at Centurion. Followed by 2nd ODI on 4th April at Johannesburg before both team will gather back at Centurion for the final ODI of the series.

South Africa vs Pakistan 2021 T20I series comprised of 04 T20I matches. On request of Cricket South Africa, PCB has agreed to play additional T20I match. T20I campaign will start from Johannesburg where both teams will play on 10th and 12th April 2021, followed by last 2 T20I matches scheduled on 14 & 16th April at Centurion.

Pakistan Squad for South Africa ODI series 2021 announced by chief selector Mohammad Wasim. Squad will be led by Babar Azam. Fast bowler Hassan Ali making comeback to limited over format after making successful return to test format.
Other inclusions are of opener Abdullah Shafique who didn’t make any impression on New Zealand tour and scored consecutive ducks in last 2 T20I. Imam ul Haq also making a comeback after an injury lay off whereas all rounder Mohammad Wasim junior get his maiden international call up after impressive returns in limited domestic opportunities.

South Africa announced squad for Pakistan Series 2021
With IPL 2021 schedule clashing with Pakistan tour of South Africa 2021 and most of top South African cricketers gave importance to lucrative IPL deal over national duty, CSA has announced weakened squad with plenty of new faces in their lineup.
New limited overs captain Temba Bavuma will lead the side and that that will be his assignment. Regular South African players like Quniton De Cock, Ngidi, Rabada, David Miller, Nortje will leave for IPL after ODI leg of the Pakistan tour of South Africa.
30 year old Temba Bavuma is South Africa;s 16th ODI and 13th T20I captain. However interesting to note that he only represented South Africa in 6 ODI’s and 8 T20I matches but maintaining healthy batting average of 55 & 33 respectively in ODIs and T20I matches with an strike rate of 92 & 133 in both both forms of cricket.
