Waqar Younis of Pakistan have achieved a unique feat in the history of cricket by taking 4 wickets hauls consecutively in 3 matches as many as 3 times.
Waqar Younis registered figures of 4 for 42 vs India, 6 for 26 vs Sri Lanka and 5 for 20 vs New Zealand in ODI’s during April 27, 1990 to May 1, 1990.
During the same year Waqar again repeat the feat when he took bowling figures of 5 for 11 vs New Zealand, 5 for 16 vs New Zealand & 5 for 52 vs West Indies during November 4, 1990 to Novemebr 9, 1990.
After 4 years in 1994 Waqar registered bowling performances of 4 for 32 vs New Zealand, 4 for 52 vs South Africa and 4 for 33 vs New Zealand to have his name in the record books for the third time.
