One of the greatest fast bowlers to have grace the cricket field Glen McGrath just failed to made a unique record when he didn’t take a wicket of his final delivery in ODI career.
On June 13, 2005 McGrath signed off from T20I by taking the wicket of Paul Collingwood on the final delivery of his T20I career.
On January 5, 2007 McGrath dismissed James Anderson on penultimate delivery of his test career.
But on April 28, 2007 at the final of the ICC cricket World Cup 2007, Glen McGrath took the wicket on his second last ball of his career in a rain affected match and that eventually become his final over of ODI career.
