Despite all the closes in recent times Ireland’s spirit are not down and they are ready to have their first win of the season against a top their side. Although they lost first T20I by some margin but their heroics during the ongoing season against India and New Zealand still making people bet on them.

New Zealand have boosted themselves up with inclusion of Lockie Ferguson who showed that he is integral part of this New Zealand side with figures of 4/14 and played pivotal role in restricting Ireland short of target. Dane Cleaver and M Bracewell are the two new heroes that they found in last T20I.

New Zealand

New Zealand have been trying different things throughout the series. Finn Allen was handed his debut cap in the first game, they rotated Santner and Ferguson. Dane Cleaver and M Bracewell impressed with bat and ball respectively during the 2nd T20I and showed their skill set.

It’s difficult to predict what lineup they will feature as they have secured the series and they can do some more experimentation in the final ODI. Fiery paceman Adam Milne ruled out of the series due ti injury and he has been replaced by Jacob Duffy

Ireland will still feature their Best XI in order to record their first win of the summer. Nothing is wrong with their lineup, but they do lack consistency. It is expected that they will retain the same lineup.

Players to watch-out for

Harry Tector has made a lot of name for himself recently. He has been performing brilliantly, he did it against India and has smashed a hundred in the first game of this series as well. If Ireland have to win, they need Tector to fire. Another important contributor for them is George Dockrell. He is quite dangerous down the order.

Michael Bracewell has been the star for New Zealand in this series. He smashed a hundred and single handedly drove New Zealand home in the first ODI of the series. He finished the second game with his brilliant 42 and earned back to back Man of the Match awards in this series. In T20Is series he is showed his bowling talent with hat-trick. Apart from Bracewell, young Finn Allen has been great too with the bat he also bagged man of the match in first T20I.
